I’m Lalit - a backend engineer. I spent three years as the founding engineer of a stock brokerage platform, building its full stack from the first commit: order and risk management, compliance, infrastructure, the works.

I’ve since moved on to build my own things.

Right now that means picking real, specific problems, shipping small working versions fast, and writing about the process in the open - what I tried, what worked, what didn’t. Less theory, more build logs.
